Celebrating 30 Years: Built on Relationships, Driven by Craftsmanship

TeamCraft Roofing Celebrates 30 Years of Serving the Commercial Roofing Industry

In 1996, TeamCraft Roofing began with a commitment to doing things the right way: delivering quality work, taking care of customers, and building relationships that last.

Thirty years later, those same principles continue to guide us.

In 2026, TeamCraft Roofing proudly celebrates 30 years in business, marking three decades of serving commercial and industrial customers and building a company designed for the long haul.

Thirty Years of Building More Than Roofs

A lot can change in 30 years.

TeamCraft has grown, expanded into new markets, added new services, welcomed new generations of employees, and adapted to major changes within the roofing industry and the economy. Through it all, one thing has remained consistent: our commitment to the people who trust us with their facilities.

For us, commercial roofing has never been simply about installing or repairing a roof. It is about protecting the buildings, businesses, people, and operations underneath it.

That responsibility has shaped the way we approach every project, whether we're responding to a service call, helping a facility manager plan for future roofing needs, or completing a large-scale reroof.

Relationships That Stand the Test of Time

If there is one lesson we've learned over the past three decades, it’s that strong relationships matter.

Our success would not be possible without the customers who continue to put their trust in TeamCraft, the manufacturing and vendor partners who work alongside us, and, most importantly, the TeamCraft employees who show up every day committed to doing exceptional work.

Many of those relationships span years and, in some cases, decades.

We are especially proud of the people who have built their careers at TeamCraft. Developing talent from within and giving employees opportunities to grow has always been an important part of our culture. Their knowledge, experience, and commitment have helped make TeamCraft the company it is today.

Experience Matters. So Does Looking Forward.

Thirty years gives us a lot to celebrate, but we believe the best way to honor our history is to continue building it.

The commercial roofing industry continues to evolve. New technologies, materials, safety practices, and approaches to preventative roof management are changing how building owners protect their facilities.

TeamCraft continues to evolve with it.

At the same time, the fundamentals haven't changed. Customers still need a roofing partner who answers the phone, understands their facilities, provides honest recommendations, stands behind their work, and is there when they are needed most.

That's what we've worked to provide for the past 30 years, and it's what we intend to provide for the next 30.

Thank You for 30 Years

An anniversary like this belongs to more than one company.

It belongs to the employees who helped build TeamCraft.
It belongs to the customers who trusted us with their facilities.
It belongs to our vendors and manufacturing partners who supported us along the way.
And it belongs to the families and communities behind our team.

To everyone who has been part of the TeamCraft story over the last three decades, thank you.

We are incredibly proud of where we've been, grateful for where we are today, and excited about where we're going next.

Here's to 30 years of craftsmanship, relationships, and roofs built to last, and to the next chapter of TeamCraft Roofing.
