TeamCraft Employee Assistance Program

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Company offers at NO COST to our employees an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through ComPsych.

Some people may feel uneasy or embarrassed about seeing a counselor for personal problems. However, nearly everyone is faced at some time with challenges that are difficult to resolve independently. Seeking assistance for personal problems is just as important as receiving assistance for medical problems. ComPsych provides a full spectrum of managed mental health and substance abuse services.

The Employee Assistance Program offered by the Company through ComPsych entitles an employee and any member of the employee’s household up to six free counseling sessions per episode.

ComPsych also provides Financial Resources and Legal Guidance. Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (833) 955-3389. Click Here to review the ComPsych EAP Brochure or view all benefits with ComPsych by registering on Guidance Resources Online.
